石油钻杆焊缝气雾淬火过程温度场的数值计算

摘    要:石油钻杆的接头与杆体摩擦焊接后要进行淬火热处理,多采用气雾为冷却介质提高焊缝区的冲击韧性,根据钻杆焊缝局部气雾淬火的特点,选取合理的数学模型,用有限元方法计算了淬火过程中温度场的变化规格,计算中对相变焓进行了等效热容法处理,在生产现场对钻杆焊缝进行喷雾淬火,处理的结果符合实际生产需要。

Abstract:As one of the heat|treatment processes, quenching is deeply based on practice and illustrated much in qualitative interpretation. Drilling pipe is composed of tool joint and pipe in the form of friction welding, and spray quenching is used as the measure of heat|treatment. A reasonable mathematical model is established to calculate the temperature field of quenching process and the relation between the phase composition and time. Also, the phase transformation enthalpy is considered.
