| 摘 要： | 论述了国内外知识产权质押融资的发展现状,分析了知识产权质押融资工作的特点和作用,提出了太原市开展知识产权质押融资工作的措施,包括制定完善的知识产权融资的政策和法律、建立符合无形资产质押贷款的信贷管理机制、建立知识产权的评估和交易配套服务系统等。
