Abstract:University library should take advantages of the campaign of creating advanced basic -level party organization and becoming the outstanding communist party member, emphasize its service characteristics, strengthen the technological and theoretical study, take care of readers, and work hard for serving the teaching and scientific research of university. This paper probes into how to combine university library’s reader service with the campaign of creating advanced basic -level party organization and becoming the outstanding communist party member and serve better the readers.
