| 摘 要： | 基于各方面的压力,越来越多的大学生心理健康出现危机或呈现亚健康状态,严重影响着大学生的学习及生活,而阅读疗法是治疗大学生心理疾病的辅助手段之一,有着十分重要的作用。在简述阅读疗法含义及发展概况的基础上,重点介绍了医学院校图书馆开展阅读疗法的意义及构建阅读疗法服务体系的对策。
