| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法和访谈法对用户使用国图网站的基本情况进行了调查,分析了国图网络用户的总体特征、需求趋势及国图网站存在的问题,从网站规划设计、内容、技术、服务和管理等5个方面提出了改进与完善国图网站的建议,为其他图书馆网站的建设提供了借鉴依据。
