民国初至新中国成立之前的图书馆管理思想发展脉络

图书馆管理是图书馆事业的重要组成部分,它代表了图书馆在整个社会体系中的影响力。自戊戌变法和辛亥革命后,西方的图书馆管理思想逐渐传到中国,使得中国的藏书楼逐渐向社会开放,形成近代的图书馆,图书馆管理从过去的经验管理到现代的科学管理、系统管理过渡。从理论和实践两个层面论述了1912—1949年这个历史阶段中国图书馆管理思想的发展脉络。

The Development Skeleton of Library' s Management Thought from the Early Days of Republic of China to the Foundation of People' s Republic of China

Library’s management, which is an important component of librarianship, represents the influence of the library in the whole social system. After Hundred Days’Reform and 1911 Revolution, the western library management thought gradually spread to China, making China’s learning hall gradually open to the society and forming the modern library. And library’s management has transformed from the past experience-based management into the modern scientific and systematic management. From two perspectives of theory and practice, this paper discusses the development skeleton of China’s library management thought in the historical period of 1912-1949.
