涡轮逆向工程的三维扫描检测技术

摘    要:为提高涡轮的三维扫描检测技术水平,采用三维扫描的相位测量技术获取涡轮增压器三维点云数据.利用三维点云数据重构涡轮检测模型,并应用GEOMAGIC QUALIFY软件对其进行3D误差分析和尺寸标注.实验结果表明:涡轮70%左右的数据点云与实物模型之间的偏差在-0.2~0.2mm之间,能够满足涡轮检测质量要求.

Abstract:Aimed at improving the 3D scanning measurement technology of turbine,this paper discusses the achievement of the 3 D point cloud data of the turbocharger by the phase measurement technology of 3D scanning,the reconstruction turbo detection model using the 3D point cloud data,and the realization of the 3D error analysis and dimension marking using the GEOMAGIC QUALIFY software.The experimental results show that the deviation in the range of the-0.2 ~ 0.2 mm between around 70% of the data point cloud and physical model is adequate for the purpose of the quality detection.
