波纹腹板H型钢梁的整体稳定性

摘    要:目前国内钢结构的主要承重构件多采用平腹板的H型钢和工字钢,两种构件的截面由于高厚比的限制经济性差。波纹腹板H型钢在一定程度上可以解决该问题。文中就波纹腹板H型钢梁整体稳定性进行研究,得到该型钢截面翘曲惯性矩的一种实用计算公式。分析波幅与波长对其临界弯矩的影响,比较平腹板H型钢和波纹腹板H型铜二者在相同条件下的临界弯矩的差异。结果表明:波纹腹板与平腹板相比,前者失稳时临界弯矩更大,说明整体稳定性能更好。波幅与波长对截面翘曲惯性矩均有影响,但波幅比波长影响更甚,说明波幅对临界弯矩的贡献较大。

Abstract:This paper proposes a corrugated web H-beam as an alternative to flat web H-beam and I- beams, which, when currently used as the main load-bearing elements of steel structure, suffer a poor e- conomy due to their high thickness ratio limits. The paper introduces a study of the overall stability of corrugated web H-type steel beam, a practical calculation formula of their sectional warping moment of in- ertia, an analysis of the influence of amplitude and wavelength on critical moment, and the comparison of differences in critical moment between flat web H-beam and corrugated web H-beam with the same condi- tions. The results suggest that, compared with flat web, the corrugated web H-beam exhibits a greater critical moment of instability with a better performance on overall stability and the amplitude and the wavelength have an effect on the sectional warping moment of inertia, but the amplitude gives a greater influence than wavelength, showing the amplitude has a ~reater contribution to the critical moment.
