基于CAE分析的塑件3D制造技术

摘    要:为缩短模具设计与制造周期,提高塑件质量,以塑料盒盖为研究对象,在浇注、冷却系统确定的前提下,应用CAE技术对其进行流动、冷却和翘曲模拟分析.实验结果表明:当冷却回路介质温差0.94℃、充填时间4.859 s、总体变形量0.791 8 mm时,满足塑料模具设计要求.

Abstract:Aimed at shortening the injection mold design and manufacturing cycle and improving plastic parts quality,this paper introduces the use of CAE technology for the simulation analysis of the flow,cooling,and warping,based on the plastic cover used as the research object,with definite casting and cooling system.Results show the possibility of fulfilling the requirements of injection mold design,with the cooling circuit medium temperature difference of 0.94 ℃,the filling time of 4.859 s,and the overall deformation of 0.791 8 mm.
