选择性激光熔化高温合金粉末成形工艺

摘    要:为研究高温合金在SLM成形过程中熔池的形貌、熔化成形零件的致密度,通过实验分析激光功率、扫描速度和扫描间距等对成形过程的影响.实验结果表明:激光功率的大小是影响熔池好坏和成形试样致密度高低的主要因素.通过正交实验对工艺参数优化,其激光功率为400W、扫描间距为0.1 mm、扫描速度为700 mm/s时,致密度最大为85.8%.在该组优化参数下成功试制零件.

Abstract:This paper is driven by the study on the morphology of super alloy pool-forming process in the SLM formation and melting density of molded parts and presents an experimental analysis of influence of laser power,scanning speed and scan spacing on the forming process.The experimental results show that the size of the laser power is the main factor influencing bath quality and density of forming the specimen.The orthogonal experiment gives the set of optimized process parameters,such as the laser power of 400 W,scanning pitch of 0.1 mm,scanning speed of 700 mm/s,and the maximum density of 85.8%,thus making possible the successful trial production of parts.
