摘    要:通过截齿磨损与齿尖锥角的关系以提高其工作可靠性和寿命,利用ABAQUS软件建立截齿割岩的三维有限元模型,对其过程进行热力耦合分析,探究其温度分布和变化规律。结果表明:截齿锥角对温度的影响不显著,高温区分布影响显著。在锥角小于崩落角范围内,随着齿尖锥角的增大,刀尖点稳定温度略有降低,而高温区域增多面积增大且位置下移。滚筒转速对温度影响显著,且随着滚筒转速的增大刀尖点稳定温度呈增大的变化规律,截齿合金头温度分布与应力分布基本一致.均呈月牙形。该研究为深入理解截齿的磨损机理提供了泰者。

Abstract:Aimed at identifying the intrinsic relationships between wear of pick and pick tip cone an- gle, and improving work reliability and life, this paper presents a three-dimensional finite element model of the pick cutting rock, developed by using ABAQUS software and describes an analysis of the process of pick cutting rock with thermal-mechanical coupling and an exploration of the temperature distribution and the changes. The results indicate that the pick tip cone angle has little effect on the temperature, but has a significant effect on the distribution of high temperature zone. Where the cone angle is less than the ca- ving angle, increasing pick tip cone angle leads to a slight reduction in the stable temperature of the tip point and to an increase both in high-temperature region and area, with the location moving down. Roller rotate speed has a significant impact on the temperature and the stable temperature of the tip point shows an increasingly changing law along with the roller rotate speed. The temperature distribution of pick alloy head is consistent with stress distribution, showing the crescent distribution. The research provides refer- ence for the in-depth understanding of wear mechanism on picks.
