大采高回采巷道围岩的塑性区分布

摘    要:针对大采高回采巷道围岩存在的变形量大、松动范围广等问题,以龙煤集团城山煤矿145采煤工作面上巷为研究对象,采用现场观测、理论分析及有限元数值模拟的方法研究该巷道围岩的塑性区范围,得到顶底板、两帮塑性区范围与巷道高度之间的关系。结果表明:随着巷道高度的增加,围岩的塑性区范围不断增加。这一研究结果对实际工程具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Aimed at addressing greater deformation and more widely loosened ranges occurring in mining gateway of greater height, this paper builds on the data derived from No 145 coal face of Cheug Shah coal in Longmei Group and discusses the research on plastic zone of the surrounding rock of roadway and an analysis of the relationship between plastic stress distribution and roadway height using methods of field observation, theoretical analysis, and finite element simulation. The results show that an increase in tunnel height produces a continual increase in plastic zone of surrounding rock, in the order of decreasing increment, as happens in plastic zone of two walls, in floor and in plastic zone roof. The study serves as a reference for the actual engineering practice.
