摘    要:对饭店而言,餐饮是最具竞争力的部门之一,也是饭店良好经济效益的主要来源。对浙江省部分星级饭店的餐饮服务质量进行调查和分析,不仅为了追求饭店餐饮经营良好的经济效益.更是为了全面提升星级饭店的整体水平和服务质量,为浙江省旅游业的快速、健康发展提供有力的保障。本文通过对随机问卷调查所得数据的分析,提出了浙江省星级饭店餐饮服务质量的问题和对策。

Abstract:Food and beverage department is one of the most competitive departments in a hotel and the main source of its favorable economic benefit. To investigate and analyze the quality of food and beverage service of tourist hotels in Zhejiang province, is not only to pursue satisfactory economic benefits for catering managing of hotels, but also to improve the overall service quality of the tourist hotels catering industry, so as to provide a powerful security for the fast and healthy development of the tourist industry of Zhejiang province. On the basis of analysis on the data from the stochastic questionnaire, this paper puts forward problems in the quality of food and beverage service of star-rated hotels in Zhejiang province.
