空间钢结构平板支座节点形式研究

摘    要:某工程屋盖结构采用对角线交叉梁系空间结构,结构的支座因全部铰接下所受剪力过大而采用支座底板开椭圆孔允许结构沿推力方向产生线位移的设计方案,并进行“两阶段”施工,即在结构自重作用下不紧固支座固定螺栓,以放松该部分荷载在支座处产生的位移;随后紧固各支座固定螺栓,结构使用时支座仅承担活荷载作用产生的位移.计算分析与工程应用表明,该支座节点构造简单,施工方便,对于更大跨度,更大吨位的钢结构,都有一定的适用性.

Abstract:In this paper a kind of crossed diagonal beams were applied in a real project in space structure.The structure design cutting elliptic holes on the bottom board of the support allowing the line displacement along the force direction was adopted because of the too big shearing force produced by the support hinge over the structure below.Further more a 2-phase construction method was applied here,which relaxes the support under the dead load and then tightens it under the live load.So the structure can only take on the displacement produced by the live load.It is indicated by the calculate analysis and engineering application in the project that the constitution of this kind of support is simple and easy constructing.It can be used in the even bigger span or bigger quantity steel structure.
