| 摘 要： | 根据推力轴承磨损规律和可靠性理论，导出了推力轴承磨损的可靠寿命计算的数学模型，并研制出推力滑动轴承加速磨损试验的在线测量机，测定了零件的磨损速度值，能与理论较好吻合，证实了数学模型正确性，为推力滑动轴承磨损的可靠寿命计算提供了科学的理论、方法和实验数据。

| Abstract: | Based on the wear law and reliability theory of 'the thrust bearing,the mathematical model of reliability life calculation on the wear of the thrust bearing is derived. An on--line meagering device of the speeding up wear for the thrustbearing is developed. The wear rate of the parts is measured.We find the measuredvalue conforms to the theoretical calculation, thus proving the eorrectness of themodel. Furthermore,it is believed that the model can provide scientific theory,method and experimental data for the reliability life caleulation on the wear of thethrust sliding bearing. |
