不锈钢上草绿色钼酸盐转化膜组成的研究

摘    要:用阴极电沉积法从钼酸盐溶液中获得了草绿色的不锈钢转化膜。该膜具有良好的热稳定性。XPS和AES分析表明,膜厚约为173nm,膜的表面钼以Mo存在,而在膜内则以Mo和Mo共存。从AES深度剥蚀曲线的组成恒定区求得膜的组成为:O52.8%,Mo30.4%,P12.5%和Fe4.3%。循环伏安的氧化峰也证明膜内存在Mo。

Abstract:A grass-green conversion film was formed on stainless steel with the cathodic electcodeposition method from molybdate solution. This film displayed good thermostability. The results of XPS and AES analysis showed that the thickness of the film was 173nm and Mo existed as Mo(VI) on the surface of the film, but as Mo(VI) and Mo(IV) in the niternal layer of the film. The relative atomic percent contents (A.C.%) of the film obtained from the elemental composition constant region of the profile curved by AES were O 52 .8%, Mo 30.4%,P 12.5% and Fe 4.3%respectively. The cyclevoltammetric oxidation peak also showed that the Mo (IV) existed in the internal layer of the film.
