废料上行新对策—原理与新凹模设计

摘    要:报道了在自动化冲压加工中防止废料上行总理的新成果,提出一种以增大摩擦阻力为主的抑止原理,并通过直接比较实验研究,择优推荐一种新倒锥形凹模及其设计要点边一研究进展,对促进21世纪冲压加工技术的发展具有较大重要意义。

Abstract:A new research result has been introduced to the Problem on blankscrap upgiong in automation presswork. The restraint principle which reliesmainly on increasing the frictional force is put forward. And by direct comparison of the experimental methods, a new inverse conical die and its design gistare recommended in this Paper. The research result has important significance tothe development of aulomation presswork in the 21st century.
