摘    要:文章从提高教育实习质量的角度出发,结合目前高等教育的改革与发展,分析本院现有教育实习的组织模式之不足,主张与中学真诚合作,建立和完善教育实习的导师制,并有目标地协调好"指导教师、实习教师、学生"三者之间的合作关系,从而达到提高教育实习质量之目的.

Abstract:With a view to improving the teaching practice quality and in line with the present reform and development of higher education, this paper attempts to analyze some defects in the current structural pattern of teaching practice in our college. It is proposed that sincere cooperation be made with secondary schools, the tutorial system in teaching practice be established and perfected and that the cooperative relationship among "tutors, teacher trainees in teaching practice and students" be coordinated purposefully so as to improve the quality of teaching practice.
