地下室砼结构施工控制要点

地下室砼结构由于受到地质状况、地下水位变化、上部结构荷载变化等因素的影响,较易出现开裂渗水,影响结构的使用功能。从施工段的划分、模板工程、大体积混凝土工程施工等方面做了阐述,通过多层胶合板模板体系来保证砼结构成型质量,在底板大体积砼施工中,控制砼入模温度、分层振捣、测温及监控等措施来保证砼密实度,提高地下室砼结构的抗渗效果,更好的保证工程质量。
