语义场理论和语义分析在英语词汇教学中的应用

摘    要:针对目前中国学生在英语词汇学习中常犯的一些错误,提出在词汇教学中引入语义学理论,并且运用语义成分分析法和语义场理论,使学生了解英语词汇系统内部的各种语义关系和组合搭配原则,帮助他们扩大词汇量,增强词汇辨析能力,从而提高运用语言的能力和英语交际能力。

Abstract:Based on the mistakes students always make,the paper advocates the application of semantic theory to vocabulary teaching.Aiming at the proper way to enlarge students' vocabulary,the paper focuses on the semantic field theory and componential analysis with the purpose to help students gain an insight into the implicational lexical and collocational relations of the vocabulary system so as to enhance students' ability of synonym discrimination and improve their ability of using language and communication.
