铝箔退火炉温度控制系统设计

摘    要:针对铝箔退火过程中的高精度和线性升温要求,设计了一套以S7—300PLC为控制核心,Profibus—DP和MPI通信方式相结合的温度控制系统。该控制系统结构简单、操作方便,可以实现定时定温和比例料温两种温度控制方式,满足了不同铝材的退火工艺要求。采用wincc6.0组态软件监测多台退火炉的状态,监测界面直观、丰富,提高了产品的自动化程度。同时为了提高控制系统的可靠性,减少产品因PLC控制系统故障产生的失效,采用了欧陆智能温控仪表进行冗余控制。实际应用表明该铝箔退火炉温度控制系统具有较好的线性和控制精度,可以很好地满足铝箔退火要求。

Abstract:Against to the request of high accuracy and linear warming of aluminum foil annealing furnace,a temperature control system with S 7-300 PLC control core and communicating methods with Profibus-DP and MPI was designed.The control system had simple structure and was easy to operate,it could realize time and temperature control and temperature proportional control to meet different requirements of annealing process.Wincc6.0 configuration software was used to monitor the status of annealing furnaces.The EUROTHERM was used to improve the reliability of the control sysytem,the product failure rate caused by PLC fault was reduced.Practical results show that the control system has high accuracy and linear,it can meet the requirements of aluminum foil annealing.
