| Abstract: | Based on a series of engineering changes occurred in the process of construction of Jiangsu Animal Husbandry & Veterinary College,the reasons about engineering changes and expound the quality were analysed,the rate of advance and the cost of building were analysed.Meanwhile also put forward the measure which can control the engineering changes effectively. |
