| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法对永州市中小学学生和体育、艺术教师基本情况进行调查,结果表明永州市中小学学生性别结构随学段增高,男女性别比例呈减少趋势,参加体育、艺术活动频数随学段的升高而减少,自愿参加体育、艺术活动方式的比例随学段的升高而升高;永州市体育、艺术教师性别比例不合理,体育艺术教师趋于年轻化,教龄在10年及以下至20年的教师占85.9%,职称结构不合理且偏低,学历结构中大专和中专学历占78.3%,技术等级有很大的提升空间.
