| 摘 要： | 装车自控系统属于大型自动灌装系统,仪表维护人员对所辖设备电液阀工作原理较为陌生,不了解设备技术要点,容易出现面对新设备无从下手的情况,出现故障得不到及时排除,影响产品的正常出厂.因此分析电液阀的技术要点和难点,保证设备运行良好是非常必要的.本文从电液阀控制原理入手,介绍电液阀的投用调试过程,总结归纳了一些处理故障的分析判断方法,以便在故障发生时,能够迅速查明原因,及时排除故障,确保准装车的顺利进行.
