| 摘 要： | 良好的道德品质是一个人立足于社会最为重要的素质之一,也是一个人走向成功,实现理想的必不可少的条件之一.德育教育是学校教育教学工作的重要组成部分,本文从英语教育教学工作者对德育教育应有的思想认识、德育教育的实施策略与步骤、德育教育的实施时机以及实施德育教育的实践性与可操作性等四个方面对英语教育教学工作中的德育教育进行了论述,为英语教学中全面实施以德育为核心、以创新精神和实践能力为重点的素质教育提供了理论支持.
