校本课程开发对教师专业发展的有效性探讨

摘    要:校本课程开发为教师的专业发展提供了机遇.在我国基础教育课程开发机制转换的正式启动下,校本课程开发对教师的专业发展有着现实意义,教师如何有效和合理开发校本课程中应具备的条件与途径.本文从以下方面提出相应建议:有效的外部支持、学校内部的支持和教师自身加强专业发展的意识和能力.
