基于PLC的温度控制在电镀生产线中的应用

摘    要:介绍了以三菱FX0NPLC为核心的温度控制系统在电镀生产线中的应用。简述了温度控制原理,论述了控制系统的设计方案及其软硬件的实现方法。实践表明该方法简单易行,适应性好,可靠性高。

Abstract:This paper introduces the application of a temperature control system which is controlled by Mitsubishi FX0N PLC in production line of electroplate.And discuss the theory of temperature control,the control system on the hardware,the design and the method on software.Practice shows that the method is simple,good adaptability,high reliability.
