| Abstract: | This paper makes a comprehensive overview on the molecular markers' application in several aspects, that is to use it to authenticate the pure cultivating fungal strains, to orientate and clone the fungal gene, to build the gene map, to study the fungal genetic diversity, to study the DNA heredity characters of paternity and fungal Mitochondria. |
