| 摘 要： | 本文简要说明了3G的现状，重点对TD－SCDMA分组数据标准TD＿PRS的逻辑链路控制层（LLC）进行了详细的描述，包括LLC的功能、信息传送方式、流量控制、数据加密及优先级的管理等。LLC提供通过逻辑连接移动台和支持GPRS的节点的对等实体之间的消息传送，其中的一些技术也可应用在其他的无线通信系统中。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduces the developments of 3G mobile telecom. and lays special emphasis on the Logical Link Control Layer of TD-PRS standards, including functions, information transfer ways, flow control, data encryption, and management of PRI of LLC. LLC provides mobile communication via logical link mobile communication stations and supports the GPRS to transmit information among service stations. The authors conlude some of the techniques can also be used in other wireless telecommunication systems. |
