摘    要:出版、销售市场的变化,教材、教辅发行的改革以及网络等信息媒体的不断发展,接受信息的渠道的多元化发展,挤压了新华书店原本固守的市场份额,使新华书店的经营面临前所未有的挑战。本文在分析新华书店市场竞争力及凉山州图书市场和信息媒体发展状况的基础上,对凉山州新华书店的经营提出了一些见解及对策。
