试论我国在市场经济制度形成中的动因与阻力

经济转型期的中国,发展是首要目标,而建立良好的市场经济制度是其根本保障。通过对中国历史和现实的经济结构、经济制度等问题的分析,认为只有克服小农经济的顽固性,才能建立市场经济制度的框架。市场秩序的建立和完善问题需要政府以权威的强制性力量打破市场经济制度形成的障碍和阻力,克服小农经济的阻碍,初步建立社会主义市场经济制度。

A Tentative Study of the Motivations and Resistances in the forming of Chinese Market Economy System

Developing is the main target in the economic transitional period from the planned economy to the market economy.So to establish a good and sound market economy system is the guarantee for its development. The author,from the angle of economic history,analyzes the motivations and resistances in the forming of the market economy system in the developing countries like China.Based on the analysis of Chinese history,its current economic structure,economic system,the author proposes that the establishment and improvement of market order require the government to smash the obstructions in the forming of the market economy with force so as to overcome the obstacles of small-scale peasant economy and thus initially establish socialism market economy system.
