| 摘 要： | 针对公路工程项目财务管理中存在的施工单位多头开户、固定资产管理混乱、成本与物资管理难度大等主要问题，从项目部机构的设置、固定资产与物资管理、工资与奖金发放、项目部经济活动分析等方面提出了加强项目财务管理应采取的措施和办法。

| Abstract: | In the light of the main problems existing in financial management of highway construction projects such as long account of construction units, chaot ic management of fixed assets, difficult management of cost and materials, and p uts forward some measures and methods that should be taken to strengthen project s' financial management from aspects of establishment of project sections, manag ement of fixed assets and materials, payment of wages and premiums, analysis on economic activities of the project sections, etc. |
