| 摘 要： | 以资源型上市公司为研究样本,融合高层梯队理论与代理理论的研究成果,探讨了高管团队特征、高管团队持股与技术创新之间的作用关系。研究结果表明,高管团队特征(任期、教育水平、教育专业以及职业背景)与高管团队持股显著影响技术创新,并且高管团队持股在高管团队特征与技术创新之间起到调节作用。

| Abstract: | Based on the study sample of resource-based listed companies and the integration of Upper Echelons Theory and Agent Theory,this paper explores mutual relationship among characteristics of TMT,stockholding of TMT and technological innovation.The results show that characteristics of TMT(tenure,education level,education specialty and occupational background) and stockholding of TMT have significant affect on technological innovation.It also concludes that stockholding of TMT is the moderator in the relationshi... |
