| 摘 要： | 研究了电子政务中现有的信息采集与发布技术,对比了各种技术的应用环境与条件,并着重阐述了基于XML技术的电子政府系统的信息采集与发布的新形式,对XML技术在电子政务系统中的应用起到了全面的指导作用.
