摘    要:采用紫外分光光度法和离子色谱法分别测定已知和未知总氮含量的水样.试验结果表明:离子色谱法测定水体总氮含量误差比紫外分光光度法减小0.96%,试验重复性指标相对标准偏差减小0.5%.因此,采用离子色谱法测定水体总氮含量,可提高测定的准确度和重复性.

Abstract:Known and unknown total nitrogen in water were measured by ionic chromatograph and GBl 1894-89 ultraviolet spectrophotometer. The research shown that ionic chromatograph to measure total nitrogen in water had higher accuracy and better repeatability than ultraviolet spectrophotometer.
