| 摘 要： | 本文结合我国电子商务的现状及人们的观念,分析了我国电子商务发展过程中存在的一些制约因素,认为安全问题、信用问题、物流配送问题是阻挠电子商务发展的最主要因素。并针对这些问题提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The author analyzes restricted factors during the development of Chinese e- commerce combin-ing the present situation of Chinese e - commerce and people' s ideas. The author thinks that safety, cred-it and logistic are main factors that restrict further development of Chinese e- commerce. Meanwhile, aim-ing at these problems, the author gives respective strategies. |
