| Abstract: | At present time, each step forward in science and technology is coupled with the rise in non - intelligence factors. Furthermore, the more developed the science and technology is, the more dependent creative activities become on non - intelligence factors, and can even make up for the deficiency in intelligence. Highly rational people of today should stress the creativity in irrational thinking. |
