| Abstract: | In order to provide strong personnel talents and intellectual resources for the rise of Central China, we should imple- ment the rising strategy in central region by giving full play to the role of talented people, carrying out a comprehensive, multi- level and cross-regional communication and collaboration in qualified personnel and intellectual resources, exploring the talents＇ value orientation and developing their appeals. |
