| 摘 要： | 提出了用模糊数学方法评价监理企业竞争力时应考虑的具体指标,主要包括人力资源能力、财力资源能力、设施资源能力、业绩水平能力、专业配套能力几大指标,并建立了能够反映监理企业竞争力评价指标体系,通过实例计算,验证了监理企业竞争力的模糊评价方法.

| Abstract: | The specific norms when appraising the competitiveness of overseeing enterprise is presented. The norms which should be taken into account are involved several abilities such as personal resources, financial resources , facilities resources, performance effectiveness, special underpinning. It also established appraising norms system reflected competitiveness of overseeing enterprise. Through the practical calculation, it proven vague appraisal on competitiveness of overseeing enterprise. |
