| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后，中国的农业和农民将面临巨大的冲击和挑战。在农民应对挑战而进行的产业结构调整中，政府应采取切实措施给予帮助，适当提高对适销对路的农产品的保护水平；对缺乏市场需求的粮食品种则应给予转产的财政补贴和技术支持。

| Abstract: | After China's entry into the WTO,the agriculture and the peasants will be confronted with tremendous pounding and challenge. During the course of peasants' revising the structure of production to reply to the challenge, practical measures should be taken by the govemment to provide help. The measures may be: Improve the protective level of popular agricultural poducts and provide financial subsidy and technological support for the change of grain strains which lack market demand. |
