摘    要:本文讨论了长江运煤船型优选和船队组成的最优化问题。以千公里必需货运费率为目标函数,以各航线上的运输船型和航次数为决策变量,把对船队系统的各种要求化为约束方程,由此组成一个具有900个变量、87个约束方程的线性规划模型。通过编制程序计算,选出了1990年和2000年长江干线各航线上的最佳运煤船型和航次安排表,并进行了参数敏感性分析和讨论。

Abstract:This paper deals with an optimization problem of coal carrier and fleet structure sailing on the main routes of the Changjiang River.The required thousand- kilometer freight rate is taken as the objective function.Coal carrier types and their number of voyages on special routes are taken as decision variables.A linear programming including 900 decision variables and 87 constraint equations is modelled by transforming all the requirements and restrictions on the fleet system.Through computer programs,optimal ship types are picked out and tables of voyage arrange- ment on each route are given for prospects of 1990's and 2000's.Sensitivity analyses are made in the latter part of this paper.
