| 摘 要： | 目的：为探讨人工肝支持系统治疗重型肝炎合并肝性脑病的疗效.方法：将25例重型肝炎合并肝性脑病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组内科基础治疗相同,治疗组加用血浆置换疗法.观察肝性脑病不同病期的疗效及不良反应,并检测治疗前后肝功能、血氨（NH3）、凝血酶原子能活动度（PTA）等指标.结果：治疗组总有效率达92.3%,对照组达41.7%.两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.01）.结论：人工肝血浆置换疗法治疗重型肝炎合并肝性脑病疗效安全可靠,早期应用是提高疗效的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective:To inquire into the curative effect of artificial liver treating severe hepatitis combined with hepatic encephalopathy.Methods:25 cases were randomly divided into treatment and control group.Patients in two groups were therapied with the same medical basic treatment,but patients in treatment group were also cured with plasma exchange method.The indexes about liver function,blood ammonia and PTA were examined.Results:Total effetive rate of two groups was 92.3% and 41.7% respectively.There was significant difference between that of two groups(P<0.02).Conclusion:Treating severe hepatitis combined with hepatic encephalopathy with artificial liver is safe and reliable.The key to increasing effective rate is early application. |
