磷铝酸盐水泥浆体护筋性能的研究

摘    要:通过钢筋极化电位测试试验,钢筋锈蚀试验以及磷铝酸盐水泥浆体的抗渗性试验,探讨了磷铝酸盐水泥水化体系的护筋性能,并且与硫铝酸盐水泥浆体就相关性能进行了比较。结果证明,由于具有适宜的碱度环境,高抗渗性以及水泥水化后生成羟基磷灰石等特点,磷铝酸盐水泥浆体具有更为优越的护筋性能。

Abstract:The ability of protecting reinforce rods from corrosion in the phosphoaluminate cement hydration system has been studied by the experiments of polarization potential test to the reinforce rods,corrosion-resistance of reinforce rods and the permeability of phosphoaluminate cement pastes,which were compared with the corresponding performances of sulphoaluminate cement pastes.The results indicate that phosphoaluminate cement pastes have the superior ability of protecting reinforce rods from corrosion owing to the characteristics of adequate basicity,high permeability and the formation of the poorly crystalline hydroxyl apatite after hydration.
