技术范式转变时期的组织学习研究

摘    要:本文针对技术范式转变这一管理特征极为丰富的特殊时期,研究组织学习的模式与演化特征。提出了包括学习与忘却学习的组织学习的新内涵,构建出技术范式转变时期以忘却学习为主导,学习与忘却学习交互的组织学习模式。并从组织知识特性、知识类型、学习层次、忘却学习层次、组织学习层面以及组织学习工具六个方面对技术范式转变时期组织从学习到忘却到再学习的动态演化进程进行阶段研究。

Abstract:The paper focused on a special period in technology p aradigm shifting process and discussed the modes and characters of organizationa l learning.In this paper,learning and unlearning are all considered as the narro w sense of organizational learning.A dynamic process was suggested from the view of interactive modes between learning and unlearning.Furthermore,the author exa mined the different stage of these learning modes from the aspects of organizati on knowledge type,learning and unlearning layer,leaning and unlearning tools and etc.
