中国旅行社企业品牌设计及整合策略的实施研究

摘    要:在服务自由化和全球经济一体化的大背景下,我国旅行社企业通过重组、合并实现集团化已是大势所趋,但同时也面临合并后的品牌设计及整合问题。本文运用SWOT模型对我国旅行社企业品牌经营现状进行分析,揭示品牌设计及整合对旅行社企业发展的重要性,指出我国旅行社企业应以资产为纽带进行品牌设计及整合,形成真正的品牌营销。

Abstract:Under the background of economic globalization,though conglomeration among Chinese travel agencies has been the tendency after recombination,merging,questions on brand design and integration after merging arise.This thesis,by analyzing with SWOT model on current operating condition of Chinese travel agencies,reveals the importance of brand design and integration to travel agencies and points out that Chinese travel agencies shall be brand-designed and integrated with assets as band in order to realize the real brand marketing.
