| 摘 要： | 提出用于可持续发展的综合评价方法——多目标决策灰色关联投影法，介绍该方法的基本原理，建立综合考虑人均国民生产总值GDP、人均生化耗氧量BOD、人均粮食产量、人均社会产值、人均城市污水排放量、人均用水量、人均农业灌溉面积和农业供水保证率等因素的可持续发展综合评价的多目标决策灰色关联投影模型，并用实例加以说明，所得结果与综合评判模型的评价结果相同，说明该方法用于可持续发展综合评价是有效的。

| Abstract: | The method for synthetical evaluation of sustainable development is presented. Multicriteria decision grey relation projection method is applied and its basic theory is introduced. Meanwhile the following factors are taken into account: average gross national product, biology oxygen and average foodstuff product, average social production value and average sewage let quantity, average quantity of used water, average irrigated area of agriculture and the guarantee rate for agriculture supply water. It is explained by an example, the result is similar to that of the synthetically evaluated method, so this method is effective to evaluate the sustainable development. |
