有关高职院校学生培养模式的几点建议

随着社会的发展,高职教育的现有培养模式已很难适应社会的需求。高职院校应当在调研的基础上,从专业设置、课程体系的架构及"以工作过程为导向"等几个方面进行人才培养模式的探讨与分析,提出解决高职教育与社会需求的衔接问题的方案。以此提升学生的职业能力,提高高职教育的质量,完善人才培养模式。
