金相显微镜的校准方法

摘    要:金相显微镜是专门用于观察金属和矿物等不透明物体金相组织的显微镜,它具有稳定性好、成像清晰、分辨率高、视场大而平坦的特点。因其对被测物进行既定性又定量地进行分析,故对金相显微镜的校准工作必不可少。

Abstract:Metallographic microscope is used exclusively for observing metallographic structure in such opaque objects as metals and minerals. It has merits of good stability, clear imaging, high resolution and large flat field of view. For carrying out both qualitative and quantitative analysis on objects, its calibration must be regularly performed.
