高职院校人才培养质量评价体系的构建

摘    要:构建科学合理的人才培养质量评价体系是正确衡量教育教学质量的前提。高职院校人才培养质量综合评价体系应由学业成就、社会适应能力、自我完善能力、可持续发展潜能所构成。高职院校人才培养质量的评价方式有质量跟踪评价、质量增值评价、工作准备评价、自我评价等六个方面。

Abstract:Building a scientific and reasonable quality of the training evaluation system Is me correct measure of me quality oi education provided.The comprehensive evaluation system of the quality of personnel training in vocational institutions is constituted by academic achievement, social adjustment, self-improvement capability, the potential for sustainable development and etc. The evaluation methods of the quality of personnel training in vocational institutions exists in quality tracking evaluation and quality value-added assessment and work to prepare evaluation and self-evaluation and ete several evaluation aspects
