| 摘 要： | 在中国数千年的文明发展史中，儒家思想一直占居主导地位，对中华民族的影响极其深远。儒家思想的诸多精华特别是儒家重视修身的观念和修身的基本方法，对于促进师德建设具有重要的作用：广大教师深刻领悟儒家思想，不仅可以帮助教师更加充分地认识师德规范，而且还为教师加强师德修养提供了切实可行的方法和途径。

| Abstract: | During thousands of years＇ development of civilization in China, Confucianism is always in the main status and has a profound effect on Chinese nation. The essence of Confucianism, especially its ideas and basic methods of cultivating moral character, plays an important role in promoting the construction of teachers＇ professional ethics. Understanding Confucianism thoroughly not only helps teachers know norms of teachers＇ professional ethics but also provides practical methods for teachers. |
